Look out your window now and if you see any flying cows, it’s because I finally stepped into a LUSH store without being dragged in by wild horses! 😀
I just wanted to do a quick dash-in-dash-out to check out their shower gels, which I’ve heard good things about. I didn’t get any in the end but I did pick up their limited edition Christmas lip scrub called, surprise surprise, Santa’s Lip Scrub.
Okay, to be fair, it’s just a simple sugar scrub, nothing fancy. You can probably even do it yourself. That is, if you managed to also add in a super delicious flavour of cola and edible gold hearts! 😛
What can I say, I got sucked in by delicious sugar (which you can eat, by the way. You don’t actually need to wash the scrub off. Just lick it off and eat it. I was like, say what?!) and cute packaging for ten bucks. You’ll be left with smooth and very kissable lips *wink*. Just be careful of how much you consume though. It’s like Coke Max Sugar, if there’s such a drink. I prefer to wash mine off. The results are still the same. 🙂
Have you tried any of LUSH’s lip scrubs before? If not, try this one. It’s cola in a jar!
I absolutely love Lush sugar scrubs, but find that I can’t really have them around as it starts this sweet tooth addiction. I know .. how stupid, but really it does. All of a sudden I really want chewy, sugary candy. Not good says the dentist 😛

I know! I was so surprised to find out that the way you remove the lip scrub is to, essentially, lick it off! I’ve never used lip scrubs like that. Usually you have to rinse it off. This is far too much sugar for consumption, that’s for sure, which is why I always wash it off, leaving just a hint of cola on my lips. Still yummy. 😉
ohhh only $10? Cheaper than the “original flavour” scrubs. I wash off my lip scrub too…Licking it off seems gross.
You have to try the Rub Rub Rub body scrub. It’s only about $12 and it smells divine ♡

That’s what I thought! When I tried it out in store, I asked the sales assistant on how to remove the scrub after trying it on the lips. She said “oh just lick it off!”. Errr okay. I licked a little of it off and then rushed to the nearby sink to wash the rest off. 😛
Thanks for the recommendation! One thing to brave the store for!
I have popcorn right now 🙂 And its great! But yeah like you said, you know, you can always make your own at home! But we girls 😉 * Luxury You see *

Delicious, right? 😛
Wow! This is my first time that I heard that lip scrub can be eaten after scrubbing . Great intervention product from LUSH!
Hahaha me too! Surprised me too when I was told that the way to remove it is to literally lick it off. I still don’t recommend it though. You might as well be eating half a teaspoon of sugar just like that. 😛
I nearly bought this but I reminded myself that I don’t like Lush Lip Scrubs because they dry out very quickly and make a mess. I’m totally team Sara Happ all the way!

Hahaha Lush lip scrubs are literally just sugar and are more for the novelty than anything else. Definitely not a must have in my books. I’ve heard great things about Sara Happ products. I want to try the Blood Orange lip scrub so bad!
