Oh come on, I’m sure you saw that title coming. I just had to pun it out; it’s wrong not to! 😛
Now if you know me well and have been on the blog long enough, you’ll know that I am craaaay-zy for anything with citrus scents, particularly oranges. I don’t know what it is about the smell but I simply adore it. My husband, on the other hand, thinks I’m bonkers to have so many orange-scented products at home. I have the fruit, orange-scented candles, essential oils, creams, lotions and potions enough to drive people nuts with citrus overload. He thinks that I should just soak myself in a vat of orange juice and be done with it. Men. What do they know? Hmph.
Last year, I showed you some beauty goodies that make good citrus scents (okay I’ll stop!). I thought I’d show you more today that I really like. If you’re into citrus scents like me, do check ’em out!
Crabtree & Evelyn Tarocco Orange Eucalyptus & Sage Skin Invigorating Bath & Shower Gel
No surprises here, this is one of my favourite ranges from Crabtree & Evelyn. The first week this was launched, I rushed to Chadstone to pick up a set. It doesn’t have the usual orange scent. It’s a heavy, spicy, almost musky scent of blood oranges. It doesn’t have a girly scent; in fact, the think the gentlemen would like this too because of that hint of spice in the scent. I like the hand cream and body lotion as well but I figured if you need to share this with a guy, he probably won’t hate it. Me, I hide this away from Tim. It’s mine, ALL MINE!! *evil laughter* 😛
Origins GinZing Energy-Boosting Moisturiser
When I first saw this in stores, I wasn’t interested in it at all because when I saw GinZing, I thought it had ginseng in it! I can’t stand the smell the ginseng at all so I try to stay away from it as much as possible. It was only months later when I realised that it doesn’t have any ginseng in it; it’s simply a moisturiser that smells of oranges! Oh what a fool I was for not even giving it a whiff earlier. I smelled it and without a second thought, I snapped it up. It’s a light, decent moisturiser that keeps the skin hydrated, even in winter. I do have combination skin with dehydrated areas so this works a treat (may not be rich enough for dry skin). I especially love using this in the morning because it does give the senses a bit of a zing with the lovely citrus fragrance. Love this one.
Weleda Sea Buckthorn Hand Cream
I love the body lotion so when I saw this at a health store at Camberwell, I didn’t hesitate to pick this up too. If you’re looking for a citrusy hand cream that absorbs very quickly, does not feel greasy at all and want to be able to use the keyboard quickly without leaving any stains, you’ll like this one. Rarely do I stumble upon hand creams that absorb this quickly. Plus it smells amazing. As I type this post, I slathered some on. Five seconds later, I’m back on the keyboard. Easy peasy!
Crazy Rumors Lip Balm in Orange Juice
I picked this up at one of the pop-up stores at Melbourne Central (just opposite the giant clock). I’ve never heard of Crazy Rumors before but the name Orange Juice was appealing so I thought, why not? It has a subtle fragrance and taste of breakfast OJ which is just yummy. It’s not as moisturising as my favourite Uriage lip balm but on the go, it’s good enough.
Orange Tic Tacs
Seriously, who doesn’t love Tic Tacs?! If you don’t, we cannot be friends*.
Have you tried any of these orange-scented goodies before? Do you have more to recommend? If so, I’ll overlook your dislike of Tic Tacs. 😛
*Kidding! Maybe.
Mmm.. I love your Weleda hand cream. I steal it each time I can. Thank you! Love you too 😀 😀 😀
Hahahah steal anytime! 😀
I haz the Tarocco Orange Hand Therapy on my table!
*psstt* you forgot TBS’s Satsuma range and Bliss Blood Orange hand cream! 😛

Oooh the Satsuma range is YUMMY!
Oh, yes, agree with Beetrice..you forgot The Body Shop Satsuma range. It smells so heavenly 🙂 I love orange Tic Tacs too. Must remember to consume the one lying in my fridge. Lol.
How often do you change your moisturisers for both day and night or do you have a particular favourite that you have used for a long time?
I know! Can’t believe I forgot the Satsuma range. I love the body lotion and shower gel. They smell OH SO GOOD.
Moisturisers? Face or body? For face, I have a separate one for day and night use. For body, I rotate a few. Currently loving the one by EVO 🙂
You might be pleased to know that MOR has an Italian blood orange range – perfume, lipgloss, lotion etc. They smell delicious! (I’m a big blood orange scent fan, myself!)
Thanks Annamaria! I shall check that out pronto 😀
I love orange tic tacs! In fact, I really can’t buy them because I just eat them all!
Oh, yeah .. I agree with Victoria above .. Body Shop Satsuma is divine!

Huzzah for another orange Tic Tacs fan! 😀
Tic Tacs forever! I have been eyeing that Weleda hand cream – I can’t think of any orange-scented products off the top of my head, I have used a few drops of the essential oil mixed with rosehip or jojoba oil (it’s good for us combination skin-types!) and it’s lo-ve-ly 🙂

I’ve been searching for that Weleda handcream on EL but so far it only comes in a gift pack, I think. Drats. I still have the body lotion. Any chances of it just selling the hand cream pretty please? 😛
PS: Hell yes, TIC TACS FOREVEEEEEERRR!!! 😀
I’ll see what I can do 😉 If we can get it in I’ll send you one, with a jumbo box of Tic Tacs xx
