As a nutty blush fiend, I have lots of blush enablers. These are the people who help my blush collection grow (if only they’d finance the collection too :P). My most recent blush enabler is Emma, who, like me, is also crazy about blush. When I first saw the new Blush Trios by BYS on her blog, only two words came to mind. MUST. HAVE.
BYS is a very affordable brand when it comes to makeup. They have all sorts of colours and for those who would like to venture into trying out more colours but don’t want to spend a lot of money, BYS would be one to check out. Still, to be perfectly honest, a lot of their makeup are a bit of a hit-and-miss for me. Some are good, some not so much.
The blush trio I’m showing you today is in Endless Summer. So, was this a hit or a miss for me? Read on to find out! 🙂
The Endless Summer blush trio comes in three shades: a matte hot pink, shimmery coral (similar to NARS’ Deep Throat) and a matte watermelon pink. The texture of these powders are surprisingly smooth and not at all gritty. The quality of the blushes impressed me; I was expecting something sheer, gritty and cheap but I discovered a cheapie gem that is highly pigmented, smooth and comparable to high-end brands.
These colours pack a punch, all right, and they last for hours too. The only thing I’m not keen on is the flimsy plasticky packaging but hey, it’s the blushes that count and for at AU$6.95, I really cannot complain.
If I’m to suggest you try something from BYS, then I highly recommend the Blush Trios, especially the Endless Summer. The shades are beautiful and the quality’s impressive.
Whaddyaknow BYS, you haven’t made me give up on you just yet. 😛
BYS is available at Kmart, Gloss Accessories, Cosmetics Plus, Ice Accessories, selected pharmacies and specialty stores. It’s also available online at FashionAddict.com.au.
Have you tried any of the BYS Blush Trios or any makeup from BYS before? Your thoughts? Yay or nay?
Note: This product was sent for editorial consideration.
So gorgeous! Wish this was available in Malaysia 🙂
Me too. Cheap and good stuff too 🙂
I’ve tried the BYS Blush Duo and they are AMAZING. Have yet to try this one out. I also love how long lasting they are AND gorgeous colours too! Plus…they come in this HUGE pack!!!!

I’m very surprised how good the quality is. I have to admit I wasn’t at all impressed with a lot of their makeup and nail polishes but this one, this one is VERY GOOD. And it’s only $6.95! I’m so bringing this with me when travelling!
So cute on you, Tine!
I need to work on my make up repertoire so am reading through your blog for products to buy – thanks for doing the homework 😉

Aww thanks Cheryl. You have a good repertoire yourself (love a good red lip on you) 😉
The colours are so pretty and pigmented! Sadly, I don’t think they are available here.

Thanks G! Let me know if you’d like to give it a go. Happy to send one to you 😀
I went into their shop today and was considering whether I should buy this!!! But the previous item that I have purchased, kinda disappointment and decided not to buy the blush. Seems like I gotta give this a try!
I haven’t been impressed with a lot of their stuff but this one is good. It’s up there with the expensive blushes too 🙂
One word: LOVE!
Looking mighty fine Tine!
Ps – I’m no longer going to JP this year (long story) but am going to NYC. You had been thinking of asking me to pick something up for you in JP – if you think I can find it in NYC please let me know! 🙂
