I’ve been meaning to get the NARS eye primer for ages! How does it compare to the UDPP and/or Too Faced’s Shadow Insurance? Your thoughts?
i haven’t used UDPP or Too Faced Shadow Insurance in quite a while, but I think the wear is definitely better than Too Faced, and shadows go on smoother over nars than UDPP. I think you just have to try it haha, in case my memory is failing me!
