Natio hasn’t really impressed me for a while now. I find the makeup just so-so, and nothing about the skincare products scream “USE ME!”. When MYER was having one of their “buy $30 worth of beauty products and get something for free” promotions, I wanted that “free something” so I scoured the beauty floor for something I can buy that will cost about $30 in total.
I was actually browsing brands across from the Natio counter when I turned around and my eyes fell on the Wellness range. Took a whiff, liked the smell, and ended up buying the body scrub and shower gel to try. Hey, I really wanted that “free something”! 😛

Straight up, I love this. It’s gooey and smells fruity sweet (but not cloyingly so). It’s not very thick at all, so it makes application a breeze.
The scrub reminds me very much of jam. Not the thick cheapie hard jelly homebrand kind, but the expensive luxurious easily spreadable jam. It’s like slathering delicious jam on the skin. Hmmm.
If you enjoy body scrubs that aren’t heavily abrasive on the skin, this is the scrub for you. I’m definitely repurchasing a jar of this when it’s finished. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!
I’m now very tempted to try out the other products in the Wellness range, e.g. the body butter, body lotion and hand cream. And maybe something in the SPA range as well. See how one thing good can lead to another? 😉
Natio Wellness Body Scrub retails at AU$18.95 for 450g and is available at selected Myer, Priceline and pharmacies nationwide.
What I like about it: Smells delicious, not heavily abrasive, feels good on the skin
What I do not like about it: Nothing. Big love.
The scrub looks great, but I’m a body butter kind of gal. Let me know if thier body butter is any good.
jbunny: I’ll be getting the body lotion and body butter next. Will let y’all know how they go 🙂
Sounds amazing… must give this a go. Well priced too! x

Just the right time, i was about to ask if you can recommend a body scrub… Will definitely try this one…
Yan: Tim kept stealing this to use! 😛
Same here. I am so unimpressed with most of Natio’s products. But this sounds great!

Jyoan: Me too. Maybe it’s time I give the other products in Natio a try. Or at least, start with the body products first 🙂
It looked very impressive!! Make me wanna tempted to try it!! Have to see whether Malaysia is selling it or not.
Michelle: I hope so. I’ve seen Natio at Sasa. Maybe they’ll stock it? 🙂
Try Sugar Scrub from Lush! You’ll love it! 🙂

MisSmall: Sadly, I can’t walk past a Lush store without closing my nose. Smell’s too strong 🙁 I’ll ask a friend to get it for me instead 😛
LOL! That used to be me!! Until I started watching way too many Youtube videos about all these Lush hauls, so I finally braced myself (yes, I did have to pinch my nose to start with) to walk into a store. The girls are usually really nice, which is why I always end up walking out with more products that what I initially wanted. :p

MisSmall: In that case, I too shall brave myself and walk in to a Lush store! I went once with my cousin when she was visiting me last year (that’s more of because I had to, not because I wanted to), and I did see some goodies. There’s a Lush at Chadstone; I’ll check that one out. With my nose pinched 😛
Thanks for the glorious scrub porn – always appreciated!

Annabella: Hee hee I love how you said that – glorious scrub porn. Oh I like me a good one too. Tee hee 😀
Natio = mostly unimpressive. Maybe they’re body products are differant though. I’ve tried it once before on the promise of “it’s natural, it will be kind to your sensitive skin”. And we sell it at work. The toner stripped my skin off and the mask made my skin burn. I’m an honest salesperson, if people ask me what’s my favourite between say Natio, dr hauschka and Trilogy (they’re all side-by-side) I’m gonna be honest with them and say I personally found Hauschka best and Trilogy good.
Erica: I’ve not tried anything else from Natio either, not their makeup nor their skincare. This was something I stumbled onto, and I’m loving the whole Wellness range. My next to try will be something from Dr Hauschka. Have heard so many good things about the brand 🙂
