I want #6 – the rest are pretty, whimsical and all…but with the amount of stuff I have, it’s gotta go functional. Would love to add on one of those hing-ey magnifying mirrors on the side as well, big help when it comes to applying falsies or liquid eyeliner! π beetrice recently posted..Fancy fish eggs on your nails?
Beetrice: I believe I saw the video the beauty blogger did for #6. You can actually get that table from IKEA. It’s actually quite narrow, compared the picture. But yeah, I know what you mean. Have way too much stuff to have a whimsical, pretty and TINY dressing table. For us, I think a high chest of drawers dedicated to beauty products alone, with a mirror propped against the wall…well, that should do it, don’t you think? π
Oooh love that hinge-y magnifying mirror thingies. Hmm wonder if I should install them in the bathroom too π
Oh I really love the 1st and 6th ones- they’re more up my alley! I would probably get those makeup studio lights (The ones with a whole row of bulbs) for better lighting too though haha π Stephanie/Yukaeshi recently posted..LβOccitane Lavender Hand Purifying Gel
Bun Bun: Haha me too! I think with the amount of stuff I have, any sort of pretty, whimsical and tiny dressing table will be completely overwhelmed by the makeup, jars, bottles, etc that I have. I certainly don’t have the luxury of space to be able to drape necklaces and put vases here and there π
I love these but I wouldn’t want to use the shorter and narrower ones though… Not enough drawers for me. I usually keep my brushes in the drawer just so that they don’t attract a lot of dust.
Beautytoast: I used to keep my brushes in the drawer too too for fear of attracting dust. In the end, it actually took me more time searching for the right brush to use because they’re all stacked on top of the other in the plastic case. In the end, I put only the brushes I use on a daily basis out on the dresser. Saved me heaps of time π
Thirty-something. Gemini. Happily married. Mum to a furkid. Loves shopping. Has an unhealthy adoration for makeup, bags, shoes and chocolate. Believes that sunscreen should be a religion. Hates baked beans with a vengeance. Thinks that the weekdays should be a weekend long, vice versa. Optimistic. Narcissistic. Not the average Jane. (wait, there's more!)

Yukiko: Haha I know what you mean. Me, I like a BIG mirror too π
As pretty as these vanity tables are, they don’t have enough storage space for all my makeup (maybe the 6th one has, but I don’t like the lighting much). I reckon I’ll destroy the aesthetics by putting a makeup storage beside it that doesn’t match. Lol.
