Check check and check 😛 Would you believe I’ve been to Paris quite a few times now, but have never been to the Mothership? Sacrilege I know. And those cappucinos? Cost too much to indulge too often and comfortably to be honest 🙁
Aaryn: Really? I will definitely keep that in mind when (not if, but WHEN. So there! :P) I do go to Paris. I suppose other bakeries would charge less too?
Absolutely! It’s almost half the price at regular bakeries. BUT I do think you should still try Laduree just to see what it’s like and compare. 🙂 Everyone should meet Paris at some point in their life!
Gio: My biggest regret of studying in the UK for 3 years was not stepping out of the country all that time. *facepalm* I would love to visit Paris some day. *fingers crossed*
Wonderful post Tine! I was in Paris for a month over christmas last year and would give my right arm (well, not really – maybe a finger) to go back! All the shopping and the pastries, ah!
Thirty-something. Gemini. Happily married. Mum to a furkid. Loves shopping. Has an unhealthy adoration for makeup, bags, shoes and chocolate. Believes that sunscreen should be a religion. Hates baked beans with a vengeance. Thinks that the weekdays should be a weekend long, vice versa. Optimistic. Narcissistic. Not the average Jane. (wait, there's more!)

MsCritique: Aww good to know lovely! Who can resist all of that?

Paris B: GASP! Sacrilege! 😛
Paris is absolutely wonderful! But Laduree is definitely overrated. Average bakeries in Paris can whip up macaroons just as delicious as Laduree!
