Flu Face Masks: Not So Chic
Face masks are so common in Japan that you’d actually be embarrassed to not wear one if you’re sick and still out and about. To the Japanese, it’s a courtesy to other people when you keep your germy goodness to yourself. Some even decorate their face masks with diamantes, sequins, and coloured pens. It’s a shame that everywhere else, you become an object of ridicule if you’re spotted with one on.
Keep It Clean
Your makeup, that is. That’s why I have my brushes cleaned with a brush cleaner and dresser with antibacterial wet wipes every time I’m done applying makeup. Better to do it as soon as you can than to forget about it, and then leave crusty bits of makeup on the brushes. Call it a tad anal if you will, but better to be safe than sorry.
{this is glamorous}
I wouldn’t liken this to just an interior design webzine. Call it decorating with a flair and an eye for style and fashion. I love it. Every update is an inspiration to me on how I’d love to decorate my own place. Sad thing is, I’m never going to have enough rooms.
Alice and Kev
If you’re a fan of the Sims 3 (or even 2), you’ll like this. The way the AI works with minimal intervention on the game is simply impressive. No wonder the game’s so bloody expensive.
10 of the Weirdest Hotels in the World
I don’t know whether to laugh or cry when I read that Genting Highlands’ First World Hotel is part of the list.
