A very lovely surprise came in the mail last Friday. Even though Daphne had told me that she’d be sending me something on her holiday to Perth, this was the last thing I expected. And the one thing I’ve been wanting for ages.
I gasped when I tore open the package.
It was L’occitane’s Cherry Blossom Pleasures travel collection (shower gel, shimmering lotion, hand cream and solid perfume)! This is not available at L’occitane store; only at airports and on-board a flying plane. I’ve always held back when I saw this at airports, even though I wanted it so bad, simply because I didn’t need it (but I sure as hell wanted it). And to think that Daphne actually remembered that this was my wedding signature scent, was beyond touching.
Thank you so much for the lovely gift, Daphne. It was absolutely unexpected, but I love love LOVE it!
omg, it’s a wonderful set! congrats! what a thoughtful and beautiful gift.
i must look out for it, when i’m travelling next mth, hope it’s still available then. 😀
That is such a lovely gift! And in your fave scent too 🙂
Oh that’s so sweet! =) I love the Cherry Blossom scent, but the EDT turns on me… perhaps I should try the solid perfume though! I’ll have to be on the lookout for this whenever I fly.
How sweet of her!! 😀 i LOVE the scent of this range too! 😀
How sweet and thoughtful of her, i bet it smells heavenly!! I must find this at L’Occitane. Remember my blog about snail mail 🙂 this is what I like ..not only do we receive handwritten correspondences but the little things that sometimes come with it just takes our breath away and add another inch to our widened smile ..right ? right ? hehehehee
aww….simply gorgeous – and even better about bringing back the memories! 🙂
that’s very sweet of Daphne! It’s a lovely gift and i love the scent too!
That’s a lovely and thoughtful gift! How sweet of her!
Uuuuhh … I love Cherry Blossom ! 🙂 Nice set ! Hope to get mine soon too… My friend promised to get them when she’s in Paris. 😀
I wish they also sell them in their retail shops. Will be checking it out at the airports soon.
