Since alpha hydroxy acids thin the protective outer layer of skin, they are best followed by a moisturiser with SPF 15 or higher during the day. And be careful not to overload – once a day is enough for AHAs.

I’m felling a bit silly for being ignorant but what are AHAs? What products are they in?
i found quite many skincare products contain AHA, and i heard that it makes our skin more prone to sun-sensitivity it seems
